Aussies ... next year's MSO line up is great, including:
Friday 15 April
Hiroyuki Iwaki conductor
Julian Bliss clarinet
Stravinsky Pulcinella Suite
Weber Clarinet Concerto No. 2
Prokofiev Symphony No. 5
In Hamer Hall, Melbourne
Can't wait ... will book myself a flight, ticket and hotel room very soon.
Without music, the world would be grey, very grey.

Have you heard Julian's CD?
Quite remarkable!! He's been referred to as the next Ricardo.

Blumberg - never heard of him, only will attend to hear this concerto regardless of who plays it, frankly ... a very rare item on our concert program unfortunately.

A ticket from Dallas, Texas to Melbourne is a bit out of my budget. But, have a great time and tell us about it.
