Are these horns good for ANYTHING?
I was considering getting one for a marching horn, but...welll...I've heard really bad things about it.
Discuss?

The item might be good for a laugh, 7x, if you didn't spend any money on it
[repair folks won't service them because of: cheap material, poorly fitted mechanism, bad intonation... etc., etc. ]

Recently there was a very long discussion over many days on the Klarinet Mailing List about First Act clarinets and where they were being sold.
If interested, go to the search link, check the box for Klarinet Mailing List Archives, and enter "First Act" (without the quotes).
These instruments are just one of many Chinese made "clarinet shaped objects" (CSO).
If you really want to part with $150 that badly, give it to a homeless shelter...GBK
