I am a music graduate looking at doing some further study.
My only problem is I don't know where to start looking.
Being in the music industry I know we have to aim for the best for everything, so can anyone give me some advice on world class insitutions, courses and summer camps that have an outstanding international reputation as musical training institutions? And perhaps thier contact details? Any help/advice would be greatly apreciated.

In France, there is a publication called l'Officiel du Musicien, which has a great deal of advice concerning schools and education. If you could give me some idea of what you are looking for, I would be happy to check the book in my local library here near Paris. Also, you may not have thought of this, but I think that Finland may be the best place in Europe to study music. For a small country (in terms of population) it has no fewer than 150 music academies, several conservatories, good orchestras in virtually every town, dozens of summer festivals and the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. It has a very strong clarinet tradition. Crusell, after all, came from what is now the Swedish-speaking part of Finland. I also find the Finns to be extremely nice people, and most of them seem to speak English better than I do. .

There is also a clarinet camp run in Hungary every summer for about a week. One of my professors, Robert Riseling, teaches there every summer, and he's very enthusiastic about it. The quality of the pieces they play and the work they do is apparently very high. Check last year's Clarinet magazine from second quarter and there should be an ad in there for this camp. Hope this helps!
