I want to know if there are clarinet breath exercises and how are it.
When I can to buy a Artie Shaw Clarinet concert with orchestra reduction?

Although they're not exciting to play, Jose, I'd suggest long tones for breath development and intonation. Find a note that speaks clearly and work with that tone, very softly, and hold it; time yourself. Listen carefully for any tone changes and try to maintain an even tone (use a chromatic tuner if you have one available). Once you are proficient at the clear tones, try the same exercises with some weak tones.. like throat B-flat. Same deal time yourself to develop breath control, and monitor the tone's evenness.

<br>The beginning method books (Rubank, for example) begin with breath training exercises -- long tones, medium length tones mixed with rests, and so on. At the beginning, it's best to work with a teacher, who can put you on the right track.
