There was a bizarre discussion on the radio the other day about a woman who reckons she "chanels" music from dead composers. In particular she had connections with Liszt, Mozart and Chopin ... (I have a feeling she was British but could very well have been (more believably) American).
The fact that the national broadcaster even put this sort of crap on air was disturbing enough but the journalist reporting the story had such conviction ... that's "18 cents a day" of my money I didn't want spent.

It may be possible. People in Wien, Austria report hearing music coming from Mozarts grave played backwards. They think it is because he may still be decomposing.

If she's indeed an [N.]American, Diz, my guess is she's from out my way... the "Land of Fruits and Nuts" - (California). We've had a bumper crop this year with an ongoing high propensity for spending our money on yet more frivolous things than contacting dead composers

MC ... you got it, her name escaped me ... I note the halloween link as rather amusing !!
Ron B ... I know some delightful Californians ... all perfectly lucid (mostly)
Bob A ... that's silly ... but reminded me of that "whats unpleasant and sits on a piano stool? ... Beethoven's last movement"
Without music, the world would be grey, very grey.
