 tell me about Patiot A Paris 103

I have recently come across a claranet marked with Patiot A Paris on the bell. It has 103 stamped on the center section and is made of wood. As I'm a trumpeter i could use some help with this one... I'm going to take a guess as to its age being at least 50years old.
can anyone tell me of its reputation? true age/value? It looks to be in good shape and only needs some new pads and cork to get it functinal again.
