It is for sale by any (authorized) Buffet Crampon dealer. You shouldn't have to look far. Check with your Teacher or your local repairman --- failing those options - let your fingers do the walking.

The last time Francois Kloc was in NYC (just before WW&BW closed), he brought several excellent Festival Greenlines, in top condition. Jon Manasse bought two or perhaps three of them for his students.
Several people have said here that the clarinets Buffet brings to shows are always good ones in good condition. Even if you're not going to the Fest in Maryland, it would definitely be worth your while to go there to pick out an instrument, since there's no admission charge to the vendors' area.
