Hi, I'm currently a college student majoring in clarinet. Every semester, we have to perform in a recital hour class and I was wondering if anybody on this board could recommend me pieces that I should be able to perform along with my accompanist in my recital hour class. It would be helpful if you can provide me a repertoire list. I'm basically looking at pieces not too hard to play and at the intermediate level for college students.

I'm sure quite a few people on this board would have a bunch of suggestions, and you could probably even do a search...
That said, what does your clarinet teacher suggest? Your teacher might know best what pieces are about at your level

We have to do similar classes at my college in London, here's some of what I've played over the past three years...
Horovitz: Sonatina
Messager: Solo de Concours
Elliot Carter: Gra
Pendercki: Prelude
Copland Concerto
Arnold: Sonatina
Brahms F minor
Not sure how this is of much use to you though, pick you repertoire based on your strengths as a player, and also so as to identify any weaknesses you may have, that you can then practice.
Our classes our designed to be an opportunity to take risks, so I would suggest you do the same.

I don't really know how the American college system works. If you're majoring in clarinet, does that mean you can't play pieces in a minor key??!

Since there is a difference between an "intermediate level player" and an "intermediate level college student," I think Alex has the best idea. Your teacher knows where you are in your development.
RAMan has an impressive list but I doubt many clarinetists would rate any of those pieces as "not too hard to play" for an intermediate level player. An intermediate level college student, however, might be another story.
There are a couple of repertoire lists that might be a useful starting place for discussion with your instructor.
Jean and David Hite published a list of essential works for clarinet, classified according to difficulty. It was a bit longer than the list currently at their website:

which only lists works edited by David Hite. I would say that levels 3-5 are intermediate. Level 3 might be a little on the easy side for you but most are short works that are enjoyable to play and listen to.
Richard Faria, of Ithaca College, has a good list of essential repertoire at his website:

The works for clarinet and piano are generally graded according to increasing difficulty. I would rate most the works in Group I as "intermediate college level" though, IMO, there is a fairly wide range in difficulty between the Wanhall "Sonata No. 2" and some of the Finzi "Bagatelles" or the Heiden "Sonatina." The Vaughan Williams "6 Studies" are nice pieces by an important composer.
For unaccompanied clarinet, a starting place might be the Osborne "Rhapsody."
