Can someone tell me what model Leblanc Bb would have a serial # 158XX and be marked as per the attached photo
Thanks for the information.
Bill

It looks like an early LeBlanc LL model to me, with a re-gilded? logo? Don

Definitely an LL; anyone remember what number designation Leblanc gave the LL's?

You made me look it up, but TKS, Fred, per a "newly [re?]discovered" brochure, its the 1176. Also the Classic is 476, the Dynamic H is 1276. I believe I have seen earlier that my Dynamic 2 is a ?76. The descriptions given say [paraphrased] they [the models] differ in "acoustic structure" having "unique timber and playing" character. I had never known what model my Stubbins-Noblet was/is, but its a 240!, my Nob Eb is a 40Eb!, and some Normandys are model #'d also. Today is a GOOD day, I [and we] have learned something !! Don
Thanx, Mark, Don
