Hello again,
Well, now that I have a nicely operating instrument (I will be posting pic's soon), I am left with this dilemma. What to work on? I picked up the Rubank Intermediate book, and much to my surprise I'm not as bad as I thought. Just have a weak embouchure from lack of playing and fuzzy memory for some fingerings.
Can anyone reccommend a good piece that will keep my interest and not completely confound me? If anyone suggests "Ode to Joy", I'll run screaming! 
I had considered working on Haydn's Trumpet Concerto in e-flat major as the trumpet is in the same key as clarinet and its one of my personal favorites.

Depending on your ability, Mozart's Clarinet Concerto is fun. Any of the Weber Concerto's or Concertino. They are challenging but playable. Stamitz has some pieces that might be of interest. The Rose studies are good for musicality and technique. They are short etudes (where most can be played with practice. Some are beyond my ability technically).

If you want a good book that is about the same difficulty of the Rubank Intermediate, you might try the "Melodious and Progressive Studies" book published by Southern Music. It's etudes similar to Rose, but much easier. You might also try the Rubank Advanced book. It is a lot more interesting than the Intermediate Book (it has a lot of etudes and duets, where the Intermediate has mostly boring exercises).
Some easier solos that you might wanna check out...
*Finzi, Five Bagatelles (5th movement is very hard, but the rest are very playable and quite nice sounding).
*Stamitz Concertos (as mentioned above) - I once accompanied someone playing a very nice and not too hard solo that was Johann Stamitz. Carl Stamitz's are good too, but a little tougher
*Weber Concertino - sorta tough (depending on abilities), but very accessible

The Telemann Sonata in Cm is interesting. Poulenc's Sonata for Clarinet/Piano 2nd movement is both fun and beautiful and will get you up in the altissimo and Camille Saint-Saens' Clarinet Sonata is very nice and challenging when played at full tempo. Weber's Grand Duo is also a possiblity.
What I like about these pieces is that each is beautiful and each has unique challenges to push playing beyond what you are doing now. Some require technical fingerings, mastery of the altissimo register while others depend on exact rhythms or articulations or dynamics to pull off.
