Does anyone know what the difference is between the M13 and the V13 mouthpieces from Vandoren? I couldn't find any useful info on the Vandoren website regarding the differences. They do have the V13 listed as one of their products.

The V13 has a tip opening of 1.165mm and a facing length of 22mm.
The M13 has a tip opening of 1.005mm and a facing length of 22mm.
Vandoren says that both were developed "specifically for American clarinetists using A440 pitch"....GBK

V13 has straight baffle with a medium bore and the standard Vandoren interior and is very similar to B45.
M13 has deeper curved baffle with a large bore and Chedeville style interior and is similar to Chedeville mouthpieces.

I think I'll have to play and compare the M13 and the V13 against each other and the M15 I play on...
