*sniff* I've lost my Jon Manasse CD
Author: Ralph G

I can't believe my Jon Manasse CD with the Weber concertos has disappeared. I was hooked on it. Heck, I can't believe it was out of my sight long enough to disappear.

If anyone finds it lying around, let me know. Though it's probably been stripped and sold off for parts by now.r

I just bought the very same from a well known internet retailer.

Maybe they've been stealing them and selling them as new.

What did your copy look like? Mine's a round shiny disk in a plastic box.

If there are so many people on this board unwilling or unable to have a civil and balanced discussion about important issues, then I shan't bother to post here any more.

To the great relief of many of you, no doubt.

You must have overlooked the disclaimer (in fine print) on the back cover, which reads:

"After the the 15,000th playing, CD will self destruct"

I'm already on my 3rd copy...GBK [wink]

that's why everyone shoudl burn at least one copy of every cd that they own. It's the only logical and moral thing to do.

Such a tragedy. I believe I made my Manasse disk into a doorstop. It was much more useful that way.

I FOUND IT!! Was behind a picture on the dresser in our bedroom. My wife said she'd seen it there for days but didn't realize it was the CD I was mourning.

Despite that, I'll keep her.

I suggest you close your mouth Clar inet. We are all entitled to our opinions. How does my opinion of Manasse make me a bad clarinet player? Who the ----are you to say something like that to me? Every so often there is a new problem person around here, looks like here we go again, and THEY usually turn out to be nothing clarinet players and musicians.
