Nice guy on the phone, but I'm still waiting for three Bb mouthpieces ordered last March. I quit calling him in August. I love the Bass Cl. Mouthpiece from him. Maybe you will have better luck.

This is his company's website(Bay Woodwind Products):
http://www.musicguild.org/bronze/bay/index.htm
This web site does not include detailed product information. Better obtain their brochures. I found those are very much detailed. He has several designs of mouthpieces, among them I am interested in floating reed mouthpiece. He even makes custome made clarinets for his hobby. All are shown in that brochure, some 15 -20 pages.
Maybe he cannot give those info via telephone to customers without those brochures, I thought.

Hiroshi - that page has no information that isn't right here on Sneezy's Retail section - that's why I tell people that he doesn't have a website. That link's a "gratis" page for guild members.

Hiroshi,
I play a Bay floating reed mouthpiece, and find it wonderful. I use the "Medium-Open", long facing. This mouthpiece has excellent projection, very good response, and solid control throughout all the registers. I find it very easy to play on my vintage R-13. They do cost a bit, but well worth it.

I just guess 'floating' means table has four legs to vibrate freer. I i imagin. But that will be a trade secret.
