 Mozart in church
Author: clarinetwife

Hello, everyone!

I want to play the second movement of the Mozart Concerto at church. However, my denomination is quite liturgical, and the music needs to fit a particular time frame. I will probably need to shorten it to about 4 1/2 -5 minutes. I was thinking of resolving the downbeat at measure 54 after that one measure trill, and then having the pianist go to the run of double eighth notes in measure 75 to the finish. Does anybody have any thoughts about this or other ways to shorten this (besides the fact that it would be nice if I didn't need to :)

Thanks!
