 Thanks for sharing! What IS that thing that looks like a thin silver-plated Bari-sax but based on the size of the bell and the mouthpiece & socket... it certainly isn't. 
 
Is that a contra-bass or contra-alto clarinet? Who makes that?

 That's a Linton (Orsi) contrabass.

 It’s actually a Buffet Bb contrabass clarinet from 1935! I was told it is owned by Buffet and was recently overhauled. They’re quite rare with only a few floating around. The design is definitely very similar to the Linton. Nicholas has also used a more modern prototype Buffet contrabass clarinet in some of his videos.
