Kyle,
Thanks for letting us know --- I play in a clarinet choir that has just the right number of total players (around 9), of which 3 can play bass clarinet, so I've forwarded your message to our group's leader. Maybe we'll get to play it in the near future!

What don't you understand about "no self promoting"?

What don't YOU understand about "I'm not the Webmaster"?

Diz may not be the webmaster, but he is just trying to help. He realizes that you can't keep an eye on the BBoard all the time. Are we not allowed to enforce the rules here? I thoght if everyone helped out a little bit here and there the BBoard would be a better place to be. Maybe I'm wrong?

My two cents.... if Kyle wrote a piece for 9 clarinets and offers it (according to Mark's comment at the end of the post) for free because it is fun and well received, what in the heck is the problem? Some people are a bit too stuffy, I think. I hope a lot of folks take Kyle up on the offer. v (And I hope he is willingly offering it up as opposed to trying to sell it.)

I do.

Nope. That's my job. That way I can also bend them from time to time, something other people may or may not like.

Yes, you're wrong. Typically BBoards don't work well with other than assigned moderators. We (I and people I designate from time to time) take the heat rather than the posters. We're a lot more used to it and the skin toughens after a while ...
