Don't think the concerto is published just yet contact Boosey and Hawkes their Carters publishers. I could ask Michael Collins he'll have a copy as he premiered it

I was under the impression it was premeired in Cleveland with "Alain Damiens on clarinet.

Alain Damiens premiered it in Paris in Jaunary 1997, with Pierre Boulez and the Ensemble Intercontemporain.
