 Free Improvisation
Author: TomJ

Hello,
I am very much interested in free improvisation. Does anyone know of any resources that I could look into that may further my studies of this?
I have been looking into Roger Heaton's work recently.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Tom

I would suggest you contact Anthony Burr (a clarinetist in San Diego) You should also contact George Lewis, a trombonist in San Diego as well). George teaches at UCSD and has been of great help with getting people started on the road to this type of work and exploration. I think he'd be most helpful for you.

Just search the UCSD website and you'll find references to both of them.

Best of luck,
Michael
