Dear BB members;
I have just sold off some of my old mouthpieces which are not being used. The clutter is just making my life unbearable and thought with how happy I am with my current good batch( 8 I have and use)
it is time to get rid of the 20 or so pieces that are stinking up the dresser drawer> Here is what I sold or gave away
>2 Vandoren 5 RvLyre
1 B45
2 Gigliotti P facing
1 Robert borbeck
1 Kalmen opperman
1 Penzel Mueller
1 Riffault
1 green Kaspar (gift to freind)
2 B40
1 Larry Combs (older model)
1 Selmer C*
My feeling is if I am not using them ever then what is the use. I will not get rid of the good ones I keep in reserve ever! they just play too nicely....
Regards
DD

Dear GBK:
How goes?
It seems after a time its kind of a waste to have things that are never going to be used, so why not re -cycle as they say?

I usually give potentially useful items and accessories to nearby schools where I am acquainted with the music teachers... That way I don't feel as bad about having "wasted" my money on something I couldn't use in the long run.
