| Comments | This work was commissioned by the Mississippi Music Teachers Association in 1994. It received the Mississippi Institute of Arts and Letters Music Prize for 1995. "My most ambitious work to date for clarinet/Piano combination. Get a good pianist! Last movement (Fughetta) is a jazz fugue based on theme. No improvisation required - all the "licks" are written out. | ||
