 Hava Nagila - what key?

I was tasked to play Hava Nagila during a wedding...

I have played classical music, never played Klezmer.
I believe there will be a keyboard to accompany.

What key should I play in? The A-minor (concert G-minor)?

Someone who played weddings said, "It's usually played in E-minor".
Playing in E-minor involves sliding from long D# to C, which I can do but would prefer not to.

So, what are my options?
