If you ask a question about embouchure or reeds, it would be a good idea to indicate what type of reeds you are using as the advice people give back to you will depend a lot on this. What works for an American ( and not all long scrapes are American) long scrape, may not work for other scrapes, and there are a few little variations with short scrape reeds that also that may come into play. The more information you can give, the better the advice you get back. mentioning your maker of your oboe, and the system also helps too.
