You can upload it to YouSendIt, which creates a link and allows a certain number of downloads - then the link expires.
Or you can re-upload to Youtube or even better, Dailymotion.com. Dailymotion is less likely to be hunted by those trying to remove videos as it doesn't show up in google searches.

Can't get onto Daily motion now because of a filter where I am. There is a 100MB limit on Youtube....how do people get big clips on there? I will try and do it on Dailymotion later...maybe Monday.
