 Outstanding Customer Service
Author: GBK

In these days of shoddy order taking, unanswered emails and a general lack of caring for the customer, it is refreshing to find business still being done the old fashioned way.

I recently had a very small concern with a product made by Omar Henderson of Doctor's Products. Eventhough it was not originally purchased from Omar (it was purchased from WW/BW), I contacted him to make him aware of a possible problem.

Not only did Omar replace the item five-fold, he took this concern extremely seriously, with numerous cordial emails and follow-ups to find out the resolution.

We all know of the outstanding quality of Doctor's Products, but the customer service goes far beyond what is the norm with other complanies.

Bravo Omar! ...GBK

From hanging out with him at C'Fest at Maryland summer before last, I can attest that the Doc is one of the world's finer human beings. I'm not at all surprised by his service re: GBK's problem.

He is another true gentleman that we get to know here on the bboard. I've always found him to be very honest and quick to take care of anything I've asked of him.

I have purchased a few items from Omar over the past year, and he is great. Always follows through, and just seems like a nice guy. In addittion he has great, high quality products and is a wealth of knowledge.

Unsubstantiated rumor: The US downhill ski team is using his cork grease instead of wax on their skis.

Substantiated sighting: A soloist west of Phila and east of Cleveland was noted to use "The Black Legend" swab between movements of K622 during a recent concert.

Altogether.......for 'es a jolly good fellow [toast]

What surprises me is that GBK had a problem with a product.

(disclaimer...I recommend Omar's products on my website for use with my barrels. I received no monetary consideration. It is just simply the best.)
