 Help identify, please?

Hello All,
I just purchased this clarinet for a friend and took the top joint apart to give it a good cleaning. Upon polishing the keywork I discovered the pads need to be replaced. It is in a Bundy case, but there is nothing on the instrument itself that says Bundy, or any other name. The only information on the instrument is "West Germany 75664" engraved above the thumb rest. All that to say, I need to identify the instrument to order the correct pad set.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
