 Help Identifying Older Buffet
Author: Roxann

A friend has given me an older Buffet Bb clarinet. She said it's a "professional model." That is the extent of our information. The serial number is 18510. It has a hole in the middle joint that goes through the cork and it has a key that covers the hole. How could I go about finding out more information regarding this clarinet? I'd love to know its age and if it is, indeed, a "professional" model. I played it for a few minute today and it has a very mellow sound and seems to be in tune although I didn't hook up a tuner to it.
THANK YOU for any help you can give me in my search.
