Who is making clarinet mouthpiece blanks for resale?

After reading about Nick Kückmeier making clarinet blanks for resale, I began to wonder...since Zinner went out of business, how many companies are now producing clarinet mouthpiece blanks for resale to refacers?

So far, I only know about the following:

p.s. Wesley Rice does sell blanks to the general public. The blanks are just unfinished versions of his three mouthpiece models. (This info will soon be on his website.)
