Brazilian Choro

Anyone here play this stuff? I searched, and found a few references (including a post by me!) but nobody here seems to play it.

I know a guy here in Minneapolis who does, but was wondering if anyone here had pointers on beginning to play Choro...

"Sujeito a Guincho" is a Brazilian clarinet quintet, whose members are also Vandoren artists.

Hi Katrina,

I don't know if you're still around. I was browsing thru the archives and ran across your note.

I play choro in San Antonio TX and there is a group in Austin TX called "Crying Monkeys" You might find them on myspace.

I have a few PDF books of choro if you need music.
