Anyone in here who knows the title of that earworm?

(In the attachment there's a crude transcript of the intro passage, transposed for Bb - the original pitch might be notated one note lower)

The YouTube performer was so nice as to reveal the name of the song - it's "Shalom" by Joachim Johow. Looking at the score I am quite surprised at my transcription skills (okay, not all that difficult a piece, but nonetheless...)
