 bass clarinet neck

HI....I play bass clarinet in a large Concert Band as well as a clarinet quartet. My instrument is tuned so sharp that I must pull out the neck at least an inch and sometimes more. This distorts my tone and is a general nuisance. I have tried my local music store for a longer neck piece but they don't seem to have any suggestions on how I can get one.
THis is an amazingly good sounding Bundy, so I have never updated to a wood clarinet, although I have always played a good wood soprano clarinet. (Buffet)
Any ideas how I can get a longer neck piece?

Unfortuantely, pulling the neck out alot doesn't distort your tone. You may FEEL like it's distorted, but it isn't. Keep at it. That's a good horn. You don't need to spend money on this, just work on your long tones.
