I would like to know if there are any fingers above the Clarinet's 4 octave of F#, That's as high as I know.

The Woodwind Fingering Guide has the best collection of fingerings for clarinet, including all the high ones:

 Klose's fingering chart

The best fingering chart I've run across was an insert in an old 1898 Klose's Celebrated Method for Clarinet that I bought at a book sale in the 1960's. Cost me a nickle I think.

One side of the chart shows a 'standard' Boehm system clarinet complete with a wrap-around style octave key. The opposite side of the chart shows a standard Albert or Oehler system clarinet... so this really is two charts.

I used the Boehm chart which shows the entire range of the standard Boehm clarinet up to the 4rth C. It includes many alternate fingerings which have served me quite well now for 40+ years.

Additionally, it also included many short practice bars for the various unusual or difficult fingerings.... also very helpful. I have no clue whether the copyright has expired or not. If it has, I should copy this thing and make it widely available.

I've got a page where I made a fingerchart for notes above C until highest C, even it's in catalan language, the images are very clear. Look under clarinet- Digitacions (which means fingering). I hope you can use it.
The page is:
