This is a simple system oboe so the important fingerings are:
F - xxx|xxFo or xxx|xoxEb
Bb - xxoBb|ooo (the lower of the two side keys)
C - xooC|ooo (the upper of the two side keys)
In the upper 8ve, either roll LH finger down to uncover the hole or lift it (depending on how well it responds) for the lower part of the upper register from C# (oxx|xxxC#) to Eb (oxx|oooEb).
The thumb 8ve key is used from E to G#, then closed while the upper 8ve is opened with the middle joint of LH index finger (rotate your wrist upwards to do this while you lift LH finger 3) from A to top C. It's cumbersome, but it needs to be done as you can't have both 8ve keys open. This is why most players prefer semi-automatic 8ves as you can keep the thumb on the back 8ve at all times while the top 8ve is opened, automatically closing the lower 8ve as it opens.
