# of clarinetists @ Brevard

Does anyone know how many clarinetists they accept at Brevard?

Brevard is a cool place, I went when I was in 10th grade and am hoping to go back this year as a councelor! Scary thought!:)

As to the number of folks they accept, I guess it would depend on the need. They have 2 Student Orchestras, a Wind Chamber Group, a Symphonic Band and a Concert Band. I may even be forgetting a few groups..who knows. The orchestras generally only need 2, and the bands at least the Symphonic and Concert need about 10 each. Of course, clarinetists can overlap between bands...you are required to play in at least 2 ensembles as a student there.
