Hello, I’ve had my clarinet going on 6 years, but this past year Ive had some trouble. Normal toning C and the high G (same thing but with register key) haven’t been playing at ALL. I can play above and below both of them, but nothing comes out when it comes to them. My clarinet is also really old, does anyone have any ideas?

Have you had your clarinet serviced in those 6 years? Clarinets are machines and need maintenance. It likely just needs some repairs. Search for a clarinet repair tech in your area.

never been serviced since it’s marching season, i don’t have a free week to give away my clarinet, and have to feebly attempt at a pad change myself

Ask your band director if he has a spare.
If you get it fixed, the shop may have a loaner you can use.
Guesses:
It doesn't really sound like a "pad" issue because you can play all the notes below it. However, if it has been a long time since it was serviced you probably have leaks all over - most people do.
You may have some fuzz or something in the tone hole beneath the pad attached to your right hand ring keys. Only if it's a student horn, don't do this with a professional model: If you can find a screwdriver that EXACTLY fits the screws, you can take it off to see. You need to loosen both the top and bottom screws. You have to take the top one out, but you can leave the bottom one in just a little bit. You may have to press the F#/C# pinky key to get room. Be careful not to damage the tone hole.

Or, if there's a single cause of the problem, a repair person may be able to fix it while you wait. You have to find a shop that will let you carry the instrument in yourself. Sending it in with a store rep who comes to your school is an automatic 1 week wait.
