 Chapari Paris clarinet

Hi

Does anyone know anything about this Chapari Paris clarinet? Probably a stencil but not sure.
Other than that name it only has a serial number, which is... wait for it... 7. Stamped on both sections. It's made of wood.

It's in bad condition, impossible to tell how it plays and that's what I'm trying to find out, since that would determine whether it's worth repairing or not.

It's unplated but has tiny traces of plating on a couple of keys. Probably nickel, but it's too little and corroded to be sure right now. I've never seen a clarinet where the plating worn off that much, almost like it was removed on purpose... but then not sure why those traces are still there.

Thanks
