The bell section is to thin for pinning. I wouldn't worry about it that much. You can go to a hobby store that deals in selling airplane and car kits. They usually have "super glues" that have different set up times. I use a 1 to 3 second cure time (very fast). Don't pour it out of the bottle though, it will get very messy. Pour some of the glue into a disposable container and take a needle and "swab" the glue on the crack with the needle point. Wait for the glue to set (about 10 seconds), take some #0000 steel wool and polish the bell crack to get the excess glue off. If you see any spots that didn't fill, repeat the process. This thinner glue will run like water so be careful. It will however penetrate the most miniscule crack and fill it.
