Some mouthpieces come with extra O-rings in varying thicknesses. Otherwise, if you have a good local hardware store, you should be able to find a selection of O-rings to try. (I did this on one of my mouthpieces--Just the slight change from the metric-sized O-ring provided to the nearly-equivalent Imperial-measure one made all the difference.)
