 help identify this mpc (ichthys + made in Clarendon Hills, IL)...

Does anyone know who made this? There is scratching over the logo, so I can't make out the maker's name, but it does say "Clarendon Hills, IL." and has an ichthys in the middle of the logo. It looks like the name starts with a "R" and ends with "AYRE", but can't make out the rest, and not sure off the top of my head who that might be.
