To me, their work seems to be more along the lines of L&P, than the average local technician’s overhaul. Completely rebuilding and restoring an instrument from the ground up. They do in house playing of keys, which is extremely uncommon. He also makes his own pads, rather than use commercially available ones. So they have complete control over the whole process.

I’m a tech myself, with absolutely no affiliation, aside from having a few online conversations in the past.
