 Jacques Charpentier's Concerto No. 10

Anyone who's been around here longer than 10 years knows that my posts tended to be about repertoire. So I come with a question I'm trying to clear up in that regard.

The Paris Conservatory has, in decades past, used a few times Jacques Charpentier's Concerto No. 10. That's all fine and well, easy to find - Alphonse Leduc still publishes it.

But on the cover of the piece, it states that the edition published by AL is only the first movement! Does anyone know what happened to the other two movements?
