Re: Slow Double Lip Transition is for sissies

Hi SecondTry. I got confused trying to connect the video to the rest, partly because I wasn't sure who Leo P was and because the sax guys used neck straps (and I couldn't tell if they were playing double lip.) Some kinds of humor seem to over-challenge my brain, but now I see what you meant.

I play double lip sans neck strap, and standing when needed. I've stood and done solo pieces with band several times. Sometimes if I've been sitting all day I'll walk around the circuit of downstairs rooms in my house while practicing my scales. Um, which admittedly is not so good when your shoulder bounces off a door jamb.
