There were some Bundys made with Leblanc-style inline side/trill keys (probably from the '70s), but most have offset side/trill keys.
What's odd about this Saltone clarinet is the RH ring key foot (3rd photo) which has rounded sides to it (like Bundys and B12s) instead of the flared one with points on both sides as you'd expect to see on Leblanc, Noblet, Normandy and Vito clarinets.
I've seen that Vito/Bundy mix on Taiwanese clarinets stamped Trevor James, Artemis and Sapphire, but they're not as well built as Vitos or this Saltone one:
