A few sonatas that work really well.
Schubert Arpeggione (I play it in g minor/ clarinet key is a minor) Yes, I know it is not officially a violin/viola piece, but it is standard repertoire for viola and cello.
Schumann violin Sonata #1 in a minor
Brahms violin Sonata #1 in g major Op. 78
Prokofiev Op. 94 D major Sonata. (Originally flute then violin)
Each piece takes some octave changes. Also, it is often a good idea to change a virtuoso effect that is string instrument specific to one more suited to the clarinet. This is very relevant in the Schumann above.
