 Devon & Burgani Fluency

Has anyone had the chance to test the Devon & Burgani fluency clarinet. If so how does it compare to the other brands out there like Backun, Yamaha and Buffet, etc? Everyone keeps saying that it plays like other top models around the $5k mark but only costs just over $3k. I need to buy a new clarinet and really like the yamama YCL SE artist model, the Buffet Legende and the Backun Lumiere but all are too out of my price range since I need a set.
