If you mean the slightly longer lower joint by about a socket ring width, then most cases with polystyrene or foam innards will fit them as that can be compressed.
I used to use a single Yamaha case for my 19 key 7 ring Selmer BT (or a full Boehm minus the low Eb if you like) when I was at college and it fitted that fine - just compress the polystyrene to accommodate the extra few millimetres of the lower joint socket end will do the trick.
