Headlight restore or plastic polish works great for this. I've also used regular metal polish when the discoloration is great. IDK how viable of a business model this is considering it wold basically be people paying you to polish their mouthpiece for them. Unless the cost was low most people would do this themselves or just upgrade their mouthpiece, or ignore it. Maybe if you also replaced the cork and re-engraved the logo to make the mouthpieces look "as new".
