 Buying Pads, individual or in sets?

So far, I've bought pads in pre-packaged sets for the particular clarinet, Bundy, Selmer, etc. However as I recall, one or two of the sizes they gave me didn't fit too well, so this time, I'm thinking of buying individual pads after measuring the cups.

What has been your experience?
