Hi, Jack:
Up until about 2:30 into the selection, some of the technical passages sounded rushed as if you anticipated them with some degree of dread or were distracted in some other way. The accompaniment also wasn't very accommodating in terms of matching its tempo to your performance.
At around 2:30, something just clicked--your began to play relaxed and with confidence, began to really "play through the horn", and the rest of the ensemble suddenly began to really listen and sync its tempo to your lead. The performance from that point forward was much more expressive, more musically nuanced, and a delight to listen to.
Overall, good show. Give yourself a pat on the back.
