What makes you think this mouthpiece is "the one"? Have you played it? Play-testing is really what should make your decision about a mouthpiece.
And I wouldn't put too much stock in the fact that it's named "Jody Jazz"; according to their website, they make some rather closed facings which they specifically say are best for "classical" settings. And anyway, if you are able to produce a tone you like for that type of music, who cares whether it was "intended" for jazz or not?
