I think both clarinets resembled the Buffet R13, but neither had the flexibilty of that instrument as I know it. I have owned both instruments and performed on them both. The 10 was for me at least, better intune than the G, but it seemed to have a smaller compass of sound.
The 10S, which I own is better than either, in pitch, flexibility and compass and it doesn't sound or feel like an R13. I'm not saying "not as good as", simply different. People who are looking for 10G clarinets because they think they are buying an R13 are in my opinion, mistaken.
